We aim to delight you with some of the finest Thai food in Scotland. Our experienced team of chefs, led by Chef Bee, prepare all dishes to order using the finest available ingredients.
Chef Bee is proud to launch her unique and authentic Thai flavours with her new business Be-Thai. Bee had spent the last 11 years as executive chef at her St Andrews based restaurant Nahm-Jim before its closure earlier in the year. During her time at Nahm-Jim she earned the award of number 1 Thai restaurant in the UK by the Sunday Times in 2008, followed by her much publicised success with Gordon Ramsay in 2010, where Nahm-Jim was voted best Thai in UK.
Bee has spent more than 20 years in the UK both in London and St Andrews married to her Scottish husband and raising 2 young boys. She inherited her culinary skills from her late mother from whom she learned most of her secrets and has used her talents and experience of European cuisine to develop a variety of fusion dishes to complement the more traditional dishes of Thailand.
