Never use this guy, he was meant to build My house. I paid him £130,000 for my new build house and he has done a runner. No Money back no work started, He will steal from you. Don't want to give him even 1 star. I can't believe he at it again. His name is Aaron James Grubb. He is a builder living in Dundee and He has a contract with me to build my house. I have paid him £130k to build my house and now I can't get a hold of him. After numerous calls and messages he has blocked me and is refusing to talk to me. He has done a run. I sold my family home to fund my dream to build my house and now I am in rented accommodation and struggling. He has ruined my life and my families. Or if you can't help please be aware of this and don't do any bussiness with him and he will rob you of your hard money. An investigation is being carried out and also Kim Deans from cut and colour Dundee is involved in hiding and transferring large funds of money
Way, way overpriced.
He charged £750 for one hour of work and £80 worth of lead. Also, he took photos of our roof, which he obviously didn't make, and posted it as an example of his work. Not recommended.
