Susan presents her American style Soda Fountain; Cordially Cake Cafe.
In 2002, Susan moved from New York to Scotland and has entertained friends, family and neighbours with amazing foods. In 2015 she created an event based business before settling down in Dundee, promoting fresh baked produce from original family recipes.
The café is a themed Soda Fountain serving traditional American sodas from hand crafted syrups. The café comes with all the trimmings one would expect from this type of establishment; Filtered Columbian coffee, artisan cakes (including the best New York cheese cake) Coney Island Hotdogs, French toast and American candy to name just a few.
All this, presented in a typical Soda Fountain fashion, complete with a full length 'eat at counter'.
The Soda Fountain opened its doors on the 1st of December 2017 to test the market and so far has received reviews on Tripadvisor, Google and Facebook - all giving a five star rating.
Passionate about good food, Susan is meticulous about the ingredients and preparation of all her products. She also believes that everyone should be able to enjoy the taste and texture of good home cooking and baking and strives to provide products suitable for all dietary needs.
